  4. another (skin grafting). In most organ 
  5. transplants, the operation is for life-saving 
  6. purposes, though the immune system tends to 
  7. reject foreign tissue. Careful matching and 
  8. immunosuppressive drugs must be used, but 
  9. these are not always successful.
